Our Programs

Increase Public Awareness:
We regularly send articles related to substance abuse prevention to our local newspapers and school newsletters.  We host two annual educational events on risk and protective factors associated with youth substance use.  Our media campaigns are meant to educate and empower parents and young people.

Community Outreach:
Our coalition members are present at local events, health fairs and schools sharing healthy activity ideas, information and encouraging people to get involved. We strive to ensure that all voices in our community are represented.

Gorge Youth Mentoring:
Our partnership with The Next Door, Inc. allows us to create mentoring relationships for young people ages 13 – 20 in our community. For more information click here.
