Six of our youth from Klickitat and Lyle had the opportunity to travel to Orlando, Florida to attend the CADCA (Communities Anti-Drug Coalitions of America) Mid Year Training Institute. They had the chance to network and train as leaders with youth from coalitions around the country. They learned the skills and steps involved in helping to solve their communities’ problems around drugs, underage drinking, prescription drugs and other social ills. We look forward to seeing what they are able to accomplish within their schools and communities with the knowledge that they have gained.
